Lü Qiang is the chairman of Beijing Guodian Gaoke Technology, a commercial satellite developer constructing China's first low earth orbit Internet of Things satellite constellation, called Tianqi 天启. The first Tianqi satellite was launched in October 2018...
...and the constellation currently has at least 38 satellites. He formerly worked at the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation.
