Liang Baojun, born in 1969, is general manager of the China Satellite Network Group, a state-owned satellite communications firm. He joined CSNG in February 2025 after less than two years in senior roles at the China Telecom Group Corporation.
Previously, he served as the vice president of the China United Network Communications Group. Liang graduated with a masters in engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 1998.
